Shipping Policy
 

Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
 

Shipping Method
We ship all orders using Lietuvos Paštas (Lithuanian Post). Standard international delivery to the United States usually takes 7–14 business days, depending on customs and local postal services.
 

Tracking Information
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can track your package at post.lt.
 

Customs & Import Duties
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.
 

Unclaimed or Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failure to claim it, we will contact you to arrange reshipment (additional shipping fees may apply). If no response is received within 7 days, we may issue a partial refund excluding shipping costs.
